The Restaurant

The concept of Executive Chef Nicolas Daniels, Loft & Cellar specializes in imaginative, composed plates reflecting the international flavors of his travels. Chef Daniels draws inspiration from his native Chilean background, pairing unique dishes with signature cocktails and global wine varietals to offer his patrons a nostalgic experience into cuisines that are adored in regions locally and far beyond. Adding his culinary experiences from South America to the Mediterranean to New York and Chicago, Chef Daniels proudly sources and imports the best available ingredients from land and sea to artfully utilizing them to transform otherwise familiar fare into creative a la carte dishes.

The Loft

Encompassing a 4-sided view of our growing city, the Loft is the perfect way to relax and experience our food, prohibition-style cocktails and international craft beers until 2 a.m. The Loft, located on the top floor of the restaurant, features a 25-foot full service bar, plush seating lounge area, and a quaint music stage. Whether listening to our house DJ or a variety of live music acts featuring funk, blues and other soulful genres, our Loft offers calming views of the nearby park, evening sunset, and seasonal fireworks displays which light up the night from the neighboring baseball stadium. Our goal is to keep our Loft as comfortable as possible, which means we limit the amount of patrons, allowing for an experience that includes exceptional service, great music and the ability to watch and enjoy live sporting events. For special occasions, the raised lounge area within the Loft may be reserved for those looking for a more memorable evening out.
